Welcome to HST Sira, your AI-powered match for job seeking. This manual provides step-by-step instructions on how to sign up as a job seeker on the Sira platform.

Accessing the Sign Up Page​

  1. Open your web browser.
  2. Navigate to the Sira platform by entering the URL: https://staging.sira.hst-et.com.
  3. Click on the "Don't have an account? Sign Up" link on the Sign In page.
  4. You will be directed to the JobSeeker Sign Up page.

Sign Up Page Overview​

The JobSeeker Sign Up page allows you to create a new account on the Sira platform. You can sign up using your email and password or through third-party authentication services like Google and Microsoft. Signup Page

Page Layout​

  • Logo and Tagline: Located on the left side of the page.
  • Sign Up Form: Located on the right side of the page.
  • First Name Field: Enter your first name.
  • Last Name Field: Enter your last name.
  • Email Field: Enter your email address.
  • Password Field: Enter your password.
  • Confirm Password Field: Re-enter your password to confirm.
  • Terms and Conditions Checkbox: Accept the terms and conditions.
  • Sign Up Button: Click to create your account.
  • Sign In Link: Click if you already have an account.
  • Third-Party Authentication: Sign up with Google or Microsoft.

Signing Up with Email and Password​

Steps​

  1. Enter First Name:

    • In the First Name field, enter your first name.

  2. Enter Last Name:

    • In the Last Name field, enter your last name.

  3. Enter Email:

    • In the Email field, enter a valid email address.

  4. Enter Password:

    • In the Password field, enter a secure password.
    • You can toggle the visibility of your password by clicking the eye icon.

  5. Confirm Password:

    • In the Confirm Password field, re-enter your password to confirm it matches.

  6. Accept Terms and Conditions:

    • Check the box labeled "I accept the Terms and Conditions" to agree to the terms.

  7. Sign Up:

    • Click the Sign Up button to create your account.

Signing In to an Existing Account​

If you already have a Sira account, you can sign in:

  1. Click the "Already have an account? Sign in" link below the Sign Up button.
  2. You will be redirected to the Sign In page.
  3. Enter your email and password to log in.

Signing Up with Third-Party Services​

You can also sign up using your Google or Microsoft account:

  1. Sign up with Google:

    • Click the "Sign up with Google" button.
    • You will be redirected to Google's authentication page.

  2. Sign up with Microsoft:
